Course Outline
This lively and practical course has been designed to equip you with the skills, language and knowledge needed to work at the cutting edge of the digital design industry
You’ll study core design skills, visual communication and creative processes that can be adopted in the exploration of digital design problems.
Specialist disciplines are developed in studio practice sessions, allowing you the flexibility to choose a specialist focus based on your own design interests.
Current students are working towards specialisms in:

Branding
-
Game design animation and motion graphics
-
User interface (UI)/User experience (UX) design
You will develop your skills and portfolio in these areas using industry standard hardware and software, through projects, competitions and live briefs developed with our industry partners.
Modules include:

Ideas generation

User-centered design
-
Visual communication
-
Specialist studio practice
-
Industry studies
-
A final major project in your chosen area.
The course may include live briefs, industry visits, field trips and guest speakers.
