Course Outline

This course is perfect if you are aged 19+ and want the techniques needed to take consistently high-quality photographs, as well as getting the skills and insight necessary for a career in the exciting world of photography or a related industry.

You’ll learn commercial and artistic photographic practice, through project work, gaining an introduction to professional practice and investigating progression routes and opportunities. The course culminates in a final major project and you will showcase your talent in a public exhibition.

 

You will have access to our photographic studios throughout your study on this course, you will also have access to our photography equipment that is available for teaching as well as loans for students.

 

Cameras can be loaned for college work as well as any personal work you may wish to undertake.

You will be based at our City Hub campus for this course, we have open days throughout the year for students to come and view our facilities here as well as learn more about the courses themselves.
